Q: What should I wear to my massage?
A: For the massage, clients will privately undress to their comfort level. Most people completely undress or leave their underwear on. Whatever makes you feel the most comfortable is fine! Feel free to wear comfy clothes or whatever you’d like to and from your appointment.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Our office is 7362 University Ave NE, Suite #204, in Fridley MN 55432. You can access our office building from the side or back, and there is handicap parking and an elevator at the back of the building. We are on the second floor, and there may still be signage for Hawkins Healing.

Q: The door is locked, how can I get in?
A: Since we are a small business, we have no receptionist. We will be at the office shortly prior to your appointment time, so please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. If the doors to the building are locked, please call or text your therapist.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit, debit, and Venmo. We can also accept cash payments but do not have change. We do not accept checks.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice prior to the start of your appointment. Cancellations can by made through your original appointment confirmation email. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you may be charged for your service. If an emergency occurs, please reach out to your therapist as soon as you can.
